My wife Adriana and I would like to thank you and everyone at B & D Construction for all your hard work. After going through about five bids on our home remodel, we were happy to go with B & D Construction. You were the only one that listened to our needs and input. We just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for our beautiful Kitchen. I know that you are aware that I was very nervous about the time line that was promised to us. With my husband 50th Birthday Party planned at the end of January and the beginning of demolition scheduled on the 2nd of January I often wondered how it was all going to work out. I am sure that you are well aware of the horror stories that construction is famous for. I must admit I had visions of having to cancel the party. Of course, that never was the issue with us.
From the very first meeting you took the time to actually interview Jerry and me. You wanted to know what we wanted in our new kitchen. I know we did not seem to have too much room to play with and still, you returned the following week with a design that we were more then happy to explore. You outlined everything from the inside and out. Sure enough you promised the completion date the weekend before our big day. To our delight you were two days ahead of schedule. We are so thrilled with our new kitchen and the unheard time of three weeks start to finish. I must also mention that every single sub contractor who showed up to our home was very professional as well as courteous. I believe you treated our home the way you would have had it been yours. Clean up at the end of everyday and taping off the work area with sheeting to keep the dust at bay was one of the many little things that I noticed and appreciated.
We are now thinking of contacting you for our master bathroom remodel. I truly look forward to working with you again.

Interviewing contractors can be an exhausting and frustrating process. When it came time to remodel the two bathrooms in our home the previous contractors we interviewed wanted to work on both bathrooms at the same time! OR charge extra to work on one at a time. When we started speaking with you; you stated that you would work on one bath at a time, to lessen the inconvenience for us and at a competitive rate.
Your professionalism was evident when you arrived prepared to discuss the work to be performed, photos of previous work and references. Your preparedness and the comments we received from your references allowed us to work with you and your crew knowing that we would be happy with the results. These assurances allowed us to not only hire B & D Construction to complete the bathroom projects; but to add a room addition project as well.
One concern with the room addition was how would it conform and fit in with existing area of the house. The addition looks like it was always there both inside and out; in fact, I find it hard to believe that it is a "new" room. want to thank you and B & D Construction for completing these projects as scheduled. We received many comments from our friends and neighbors about the quality of the work and the timely manner in which these projects were completed. You truly believe in "customer service." We, Augustine and Isabel Alvarado hired B&D Construction in late March. The plan was to build a Family Room to our existing residence. We had collected up to 30 estimates on the job and to our surprise most contractors had a similar price range.
Dale Thompson, the owner of B&D Construction was chosen because he guaranteed the job to be started April 6th, and be complete June 15th. Secondly Dale was willing to incorporate our ideas into the "blueprints".
Next came the work crews to demolish our existing porch. The family struggled with feeling of anger, excitement, depression and concern. To our relief, Dale Thompson was able to comfort our worries and increase his trust and confidence by reassuring the family that the modest room addition would soon materialize.
One week after the initial demolition of our old room, the new room structure was framed and our house was secure. The remainder of the work was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and the decorating began.
To finalize, B&D Construction was a new lifetime experience and well worth the investment. We are proud of our family and the living space improvement the room creates. It is with great pleasure that we recommend B&D Construction to help you with your room addition plans.

Dear Dale and Cindy,
We had lived in our house for almost 30 years and felt it was time to give the house we love some tender loving care it deserved after the wear and tear of raising three children.
We started with remodeling the kitchen and when that turned out so great, we decided to go for a more complete makeover.
It was at this point that we contacted you (through the yellow pages) and others for estimates to add on a family\recreation room. After our negotiations with several other contractors we found your estimates to be the most reasonable and after further discussions we decided to re-do both bathrooms and give our poolroom a face-lift.
As with any project where walls are removed, we expected there would be noise and dust to contend with but you managed to keep this inconvenience to a minimum.
The entire project began lasted 3 months which included scheduling problems with subcontractors, building inspectors needed to sign off each phase of the work, concrete delivery, etc., and somehow you managed to keep these delays to a minimum.
Hank and I want to let you know that we not only gained a beautifully updated home, but also gained you two as friends. We would highly recommend your firm to any potential customers.
